About the studio
Founded in 2011, DO Design Consultants works across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the West Midlands.
Architecture and technical engineering sit in the same room here, so decisions made in concept survive contact with construction. The result is quieter buildings, fewer surprises and drawings contractors can actually build from.

We visit the site, listen to the brief, and set out a realistic scope, programme and budget before any drawing begins.

Concept
Options are tested in plan, section and model until one clearly answers the brief better than the others.

Technical Design
Detailed drawings, calculations and specifications — coordinated with consultants and ready for approval.

Delivery
Tender support, site inspections and contract administration through to handover and completion.
